Goats On A Roof!

Ryan, Caleb, and I took a break from Tellico this weekend. We took a short road trip to Helen, Georgia. The drive was absolutely beautiful! We drove past the Ocoee River and went across some beautiful mountains. At one point, we actually saw the temperature at seventy-one degrees! I don't think Chattanooga has seen anything below nintey in a while! During Caleb's doctor visit this past week, I learned that he is big enough to be turned around in his carseat. Ryan flipped it around and Caleb finally got to enjoy seeing everything for the first time!

Needless to say, I had one happy little boy!

And look who finally showed those two pretty little teeth!

As you can probably tell, I can't stop taking pictures of my baby!
Sorry, but it is an addiction....

Ryan and I stopped along the Ocoee River to watch rafters and kayakers. It looked like such a rush!

When we got to Helen, we decided to grab some pizza before we looked around. Caleb finally tried his first bite of pizza and really loved it! Ryan and I created a new pizza combination that is absolutely out of this world: pepperoni, ham, pineapple, and bacon. I know it sounds a little strange, but we loved it!

Pizza! Pizza!

After we left, we got to show Caleb some horses. This little town had several horses pulling carriages around.

I don't know if you noticed or not, but Caleb's little overalls just so happened to match Daddy's shorts!
They are just so cute together!

We noticed a place that had bears in captivity and you could actually feed them. Since Caleb's never been to see wild animals, we jumped at the chance!

This is the biggest teddy bear I have ever seen! It would look good in our camper in Tellico!

This is our reaction to seeing the bears! I was shocked and Caleb wanted in!

I think they had about eight bears in this place.

After a tiring day of walking around the little town, we headed home.
I have to admit we passed the most interesting restaurant stuck out in the middle of absolute no where:

That sign says "Goats on the Roof"

Yep, you guessed it! That is actual grass on the roof and a little goat standing beside the sign.
Ryan and I thought this was absolutely hilarious, so we had to pull over and take a picture.
The goats even had a bridge to cross the buildings!

It was a very eventful and interesting weekend, to say the least!

Price of Gas.......$30.00
Price of Pizza........$29.00
Price of Viewing Bears in Captivity......$5.00
Seeing Goats On A Roof.........Priceless!
