Pottery Barn Kids and Wii Baby

Crazy title, right?
That is really the only way to sum up my Saturday this week!
I experienced my own personal form of Heaven....
Lenox Square Mall in Buckhead.....

I walked for hours and still didn't get a chance to see everything!
It was pure bliss!

I am beyond content because I actually got to walk through my very first Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrell, and Williams-Sonoma....places I've only seen online!

Poor Ryan couldn't grasp how excited I was!
For the record, I am absolutely head-over-heels in love with Pottery Barn Kids and Teen!
I have found the inspiration for the kids' room that has slowly evolved in my head over the past month or so.
I'm painting the walls this color:
I'm going for the lightest shade- Bunny Gray from Benjamin Moore.

Then, I have a sick obsession with white furniture and cabinets right now, so I found this for inspiration at Pottery Barn Teen:

Okay, so here's the idea:
I want to matching beds like the one above. I want them to meet up in the far corner of the kids' room kinda back to back like this:
I want them matched up like that, but with desks underneath.

See where I'm going with it?

Madison and Bryce asked us for a whole new room makeover for when they come stay with us this summer.
Since they are getting older, I want to make the room a little more grown up!
They love art and drawing, so I can totally see the desks as being really exciting for them. Between the bed and the desk, I may use chalkboard paint on the wall. That way they can be even more creative!
In the opposite corner of the room, I am wanting to set up some sort of an entertainment center, complete with this:

What kid (or adult for that matter) wouldn't go nuts over this???
They totally need a mini-fridge for their room!

I just adore this quilt!
Since I'm going with muted wall colors, I want to use a lot of bright unisex colors.

Ryan and I have discussed building some sort of shelving in their closet for clothing storage so that we can keep the room as open as possible.

So there's my evolution of plans for the guest bedroom....

I've just got to share the cutest thing Caleb did this weekend. From time to time we like to weigh him on our Wii Fit. I asked Ryan to do it this morning because Caleb had a slight cold. When I call the doctor I like to know an exact weight for dosage purposes. After Ryan weighed him, Caleb got very interested in the Wii balance board...
He grabbed the DVD remote and acted like Daddy!

He had us rolling all over the floor with his imitations!
