Happy July 4th!

I hope you all are enjoying the day and spending time with great friends and family! The Del Signores have been crazy busy this weekend. Between work, spending time with family, and getting things done around the house....we are flat out exhausted!

On Saturday morning, my father-in-law came over to help Ryan with a special project....
They worked all day Saturday putting up the shed that Ryan got for his birthday...

This little cutie got to spend the day just with Mommy

He loves Mickey and tried to ride with him through the house.
It was beyond sweet!

He picked up his giraffe as well and then it was all business toting them around!

Caleb has turned into such a daredevil these days...
His favorite thing is climbing right now.
Literally scares me to death...

On Sunday, we got ready to go out to our local park to enjoy fireworks with family and friends.

Since my in-laws were meeting us there, Ryan and I took the Jeep!
To me there's nothing better than slow cruising around with the doors off.

It was fairly packed out when we got there. Caleb played around and ate.
Pappy made his famous fried chicken and it was sooo good!
It was very surprising how well he did for all of us.

He was amazed with the fan sprayer!

We tried to manuever through the crowd to visit some friends from our Sunday school class, but there was just no getting through.

Isn't it sad that we have to strap him into a stroller just to get a few pics???

By the time fireworks grew near, someone was getting sleepy.

Look at the difference between this time last year!

I'm proud to say that he made it this year!
He loved the fireworks! He laughed, clapped, and yelled through it all. Then he broke out in some awesome dance moves to simply amaze us all! Ha!

He had to sit with Nana and Pappy towards the end...
I have waited for two years to finally enjoy a night like last night. The first time Ryan felt Caleb kick my belly was during the fireworks two years ago. Even then I could not wait to hold him in my arms and watch him get excited over the fireworks. The look of amazement in his eyes was more than worth the wait.

I remembered this morning to grab a quick picture of the shed in progress. I couldn't believe they got so much done in a day. I really expected there to be a floor, not all four walls!

Tonight we're doing the whole boat raft off/fireworks on the water thing with my family. Stay safe out there and go have some fun!
