31 Days to A Better You - Day 16


Day 1 of our "Eat Your Heart Out" experiment says we can eat all of the fruits we want, minus bananas. The easiest way to stay on track today was to make a fruit salad the night before. I ate on it all day and felt plenty satisfied. Seriously easy, right?!? 

I also snacked on apples today. They have plenty of fiber and it helps you feel fuller longer.
