31 Days to A Better You - Days 14 & 15

Sorry I'm a bit late. This weekend was hectic! I'm actually going to share something with you guys today that will hopefully help me along the way too. I'm going to try something new since I've stalled out again and if you want you can join me too!

It's no secret how much I love Pinterest and I truly get some of the best ideas from there. I ran across the "Eat Your Heart Out" diet. You can click on the picture below to read the details.

I'm going to try this out for the next seven days and I will report in daily on the progress. If you'd like to join me, I plan to start tomorrow. On the 8th day, we will report our results. Sound good?
