Ryan and I took Caleb to our church's Trunk or Treat this year. We decided to get there pretty early because Bayside packs out on Halloween night. It's absolutely amazing how many people come each year. The church makes two long lines of vehicles and each side takes about thirty minutes to walk through.
Caleb said "Trick or Treat" and "Thank You" each time!
When we got through the first line and started to go through again, we found out that the line was backed up with an hour long wait! We decided it was best to head to a neighborhood instead!
Someone decided to wear his full outfit the entire time...
We stopped by Granny and Granddaddy's house...
And my mother let him have handfulls of candy (Thanks, Mom....)
It was so very strange taking our child to the same houses that Ryan and I both trick or treated. Ryan lived two houses away from me when we were kids. It was sweet seeing some of our old neighbors handing candy out to my kid. They've literally watched us grow up.
