Apple Cider Cocktail

I have a weight loss cocktail to share with you today.

I was 22 the first time I lost a large amount of weight. Part of my success was drinking organic apple cider vinegar two times a day. This week I began drinking it again and I thought I would share it with you too.

2 tablespoons Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
A dash of cinnamon
A dash of cayenne
2 packets of Splenda (optional)

I put the above ingredients in a glass and add warm water. I stir it well and then gulp the stuff down twice a day. Yes, it absolutely tastes nasty but it is effective. You want to drink a glass of regular water right after this because there is quite a bit of acid in the drink and you don't want that mess on your teeth!
