My health advice for this week is to make sure you drink enough water. In a day, I drink one half of my body weight in ounces of water. One of the earliest signs of dehydration is a feeling of hunger. So, if you're not drinking enough water each day your body can easily mistake that for hunger. Then you can easily find yourself overeating when you're not even hungry! 
How much water do you need each day? 
If you're a 150 pound person, you should aim for 75 ounces of water each day.

  2. I had no idea that you could feel hungry if your dehydrated. I love my water. I carry my huge water bottle with me everywhere!
