I'm still hanging in there with the whole clean eating thing. For over a week, everything I did could not stop the scale from inching higher and higher. I was so very frustrated that I gained 6 whole pounds. I had just fought so very hard and I couldn't figure out what to do. I can officially say that since I started eating clean last Thursday, I have taken those six pounds back off!
I have stuck with eating every two to three hours and the weight has just peeled back off! So if you're struggling this week, give it a shot. Eating every couple of hours keeps your metabolism up and you burn more calories.
