Thrown Together

I am absolutely loving this whole eating clean thing! 
In the summer I love crisp, fresh veggies thrown together so I started chopping at random.

Diced tomatoes...

Cucumber...

Green pepper....

Red Onion...

And fresh Cilantro! 

I let it sit in the fridge for an hour and it was perfect with grilled chicken. 

Breakfast has gotten dressed up too! 


I made oatmeal and added frozen blueberries. 


No sweeteners needed at all! 

Considering I am not a big breakfast person, I loved this.

  4. Yum and YUm! I was so sad this morning. My grocery store was out of cilantro.

    1. Cilantro is a staple in my house. I freeze it in the old fashioned ice cube trays.
