I love to experiment in the kitchen with fresh, all natural ingredients. Clean eating has truly become an art in our household. I love remaking our favorite recipes while sticking to my clean eating principles.

Summer to me means plenty of fresh fruits! I love strawberries and blueberries. Normally I would eat them plain, but I wanted to dress it up for my family as an after-dinner treat.

I mixed one cup of non-fat plain Greek yogurt, two tablespoons of all natural local honey, and half a teaspoon of cinnamon together to create a delicious Honey-Yogurt Sauce.

I spooned it over the berries and let them chill in the fridge while we ate dinner.

You can adjust the ingredients to suit your own tastes, but this is really good!
You could also add some real vanilla to it as well.

Here's the fun part....
We're looking for new clean eating recipes too!

  1. I love clean eating recipes! I need to satisfy my sweet tooth without going on a sugar binge (that seems to spark more binges, yikes).

    This looks SO good!
