Motivation Monday #10

We've all been there...We do fabulous with our healthy efforts. Then you're hit by something unusual...Maybe it's a stressful situation or your hormones are raging or you're going out with friends....
We cave and splurge! 
And it's perfectly normal and okay as long as we get back on track. 
There are going to be times that life gets in the way and there are times we're just going to let loose a little. 
There's a healthy way to do it and there's an unhealthy way (which many of us know all about). 

So how do you tackle this setback in a healthy way???



Do this the very next day and then jump right back in! 
Don't allow yourself to get caught up in negative thoughts and allow them to hold you back!

    That's great advice for a bad day! I love that you called it a stumble! Those are the exact things I'm doing today to get over my (much smaller than it used to be) binge last night!

    1. I get so discouraged with myself for stumbling sometimes, but it's important to refocus quickly and let it go!

  4. Love this! And I'm just excited for school to start so I can do more things during the day without my tween being my shadow...LOL! And love all this support from each of you!
