Ready to see what losing 75 pounds looks like?
I started my journey in November of 2011.
As of this week, I have lost 75 pounds!
While the weight loss is one of the biggest parts of this story, I want to point out how my healthy changes have transformed my entire life.
I look and feel better than I have my entire adult life!
I spent several years not caring for myself and it really showed.
When you set out to lose weight, you don't think about the parts of your life that have to change.
It isn't all about diet and exercise. It isn't just about your body toning and losing the fat that jiggles.
It's more than that....
Your marriage changes.
Your family changes.
Your skin and hair change.
Your ways of thinking change.
You start wanting to paint your toenails because you can actually reach your feet again.
You want to wear nicer clothes.
You actually want to put makeup on.
You want to fix your hair since it looks and feels healthier.
Your goals change.
Your friendships change.
I'm not the same person at all.
