I survived the WEGO Health Chat today!
I got to speak with four amazing women who inspire so many people on a daily basis to live healthier lives.
I was in awe of these women!
It was amazing to hear their advice and tips on living healthier lives and focusing on better nutrition.
I was so nervous to be included with these women, but I was honored to be able to share my thoughts with everyone. I am by no means an expert at any of this, but I share everything I'm learning along the way.
But I am proof that you don't have to be a health expert or coach to learn how to take care of your body.
The questions asked today leave me with two important thoughts....
Stay motivated and encouraged by connecting with people. I never imagined how uplifting sharing my story with others would be. Y'all are a crucial part of my journey and there have been times you're the only ones keeping me going. So blog it, tweet it, or Facebook it. Find a group online or venture out in real life. There are people out there who are going through the exact same thing. Encourage them and let them support your goals and struggles as well.
You don't have to overhaul everything in your life all at once to live a healthier life. I didn't change everything overnight. I started with one healthy change at a time and I built on that. Along the way, my family changed with me and we made our life together a healthier one. Small changes add up to big things!
