Motivation Monday #18
Thanks for stopping by for another Motivation Monday! Hopefully we all survived the weekend semi-gracefully! I think I was so motivated by my inch loss last week that I didn't want to sabotage my efforts over the weekend. I am thrilled to report that I broke even with my weight again and am hoping (praying) that I can lose a little finally!

I wanted to share my serious inch loss plan for those of you who missed it last week. I love having the opportunity to share what is working for me. It makes all the struggles worth it!
Yep, it's a lot of cardio. I have literally worked my butt off and there's proof that it is absolutely worth the effort. If you want drastic change, you have to put in the work for it.
