Motivation Monday #19

I'm finally have some progress to share with you this morning! I finally broke my plateau! I am beyond thrilled to see that scale move down again. I've been sick the past few days so I am focusing on not breaking down and turning to my comfort foods. I know my body runs better on healthier options.

We saw some new faces linking up last week!

Katie at The Widgeon Nest shared her 14 mile run with us last week. She didn't think she rocked it last week, but I sure was amazed by her run. She didn't quit and that's the beauty in it. I also love how she has mapped her run!

  1. Woohoo for seeing that darn scale move!! By the way, I just realized last night that I wasn't following you (I felt positive I was!) and I saw some of your before and after pics - you look amazing!! You don't even look like the same person. Congrats on all your hard work and success!
