Balsamic Vinegar Chicken

While we were on vacation, I found this awesome little store. I am an absolute sucker for anything food related. I cannot have enough kitchen gadgets. I can't seem to stay away from specialty food stores either.

Ryan and I stumbled upon a specialty store that sells high quality olive oils and balsamic vinegar. We tested several infused balsamics and fell in love with a coconut one. We wanted something special to take home that reminded us of our beach vacation.

You can order this online from Emerald Coast and it is well worth the effort!
It does not have a strong coconut taste and when you cook it, the flavor is very subtle.

I drizzled chicken breasts with the balsamic and a little olive oil.
I baked it and it was delicious!
You can also use regular balsamic vinegar and it's really good too.
We grilled ours last time after marinading it overnight in balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

I served it with couscous and steamed veggies.
Simple but full of flavor.

  1. Sounds yummy I have been wanting chicken for awhile but with no job I can't really pick what "main" things come into the house right now so I won't get any for a bits.
