Ryan and I have successfully (not gracefully) completed two weeks of Insanity.
It is by far one of the toughest things I have ever pushed my body to do. Normally I get to update you on my progress, but I thought today I would show you Ryan's.
I'd say pretty awesome for two weeks of work, right?
He has some pretty serious muscles showing now along his sides as well.
For the past two weeks, Ryan has been my motivation. He's been pushing me and encouraging me to keep going with this crazy workout and I am so glad he has. It's starting to pay off!
