Sometimes when you've gone through a long term weight loss it feels like you don't see as many results. I've been doing this for over two years now and it's fun to compare a year of progress.
This year I started Zumba classes, did several It Works Body Wraps to tone up my skin in my tummy, and began eating clean.
A lot of the times I just look at the whole big picture. I don't take time to appreciate the changes that have happened just in the last year.
I'm so excited to see what this year brings!
