I've got some huge news today! I'm joining some of my favorite bloggers, Kristin at Exploring Domesticity and April and Crystal over at Two Chicks and a Blog, for a special Diet Bet group! The four of us have a huge heart to help you reach your weight loss goals. What better way to get ourselves motivated than joining a Diet Bet with all of our buddies?

That's right, it starts next Monday!
How does a Diet Bet work? We all throw in $25.00 to get started. Diet Bet will ask you to weigh in with two photos. Then we eat healthy and move our bodies! You have thirty days to lose four percent of your starting weight. For instance, if you weigh in at 150 pounds your goal for the month is to lose 6 pounds. Nothing extreme and crazy, but very attainable. At the end of the month, all of us who reach our 4% goal split the pot. The bigger the pot, the better chance you have at winning some extra money!
We don't want any binge dieters or anyone trying to starve themselves just to "win". That's not what this is about. It's about motivating each other to reach our monthly goal. We are promoting healthy lifestyle habits and an active lifestyle. If this sounds like something you'd love to do, just jump in!
