Seriously, Y'all!

I had lots a great comments yesterday about my eating plan! Many of you wrote to me via email about ordering the book to give it a try. I want you to check back in with me and let me know how you're doing!

I can't even begin to tell you how amazed I am over my progress. If I wasn't actually seeing it happen myself, I would be so skeptical. I wish there was a way I could explain just how great I feel this week. Such a huge difference!

  2. You mentioned that you eat clean and unprocessed food but yet you eat fiber 1 bars that are completely not clean and very high processed and full of every form of sugar and chemicals ?
    Other than that! Congratulations on your weigh loss! I know what it's like as i too am working on weight loss but for myself i don't go down the aisles of the grocery store except to get my steel cut oatmeal.

    1. I actually gave those up months ago! My weight loss journey is an evolving, learning process. I drop the unhealthy things as I learn!
