Ask Away

I've been asked for some specific shopping and meal planning lists lately. 

For those of you who happen to be curious about what I do and how I do it, I need some questions! I want to know what matters to you. What do you need help with?

I want to help YOU! I have a huge heart for helping other ladies battle their weight problems. I've been there. I know exactly what it's like to be obese and I now understand how it feels to be fit and active.

  1. I've just discovered Zumba. My experience is still quite limited. I'd love to hear more about how other classes work (multiple instructors? When you say 2-hours of Zumba what level are you staying at during that entire time? Do you track calories somehow (HRM? Mine always comes in SO much lower than what I hear other people say their burn is). Some songs/moves are a little slow, how do I keep my heart rate up during those times? What shoes are best?

  2. First off, I love your blog! Very helpful and inspiring! I'm trying to get healthier and I'm having trouble with the nighttime snacking! I do good for a few days and then the next couple I feel like I can eat the whole house. When you first started your journey, how did you overcome that?

Hi Wendy, I love your blog so much and I tried most of your recipes for couple of months but now I have a trouble, I don't eat clean , I'am over eating at night , No breakfast , lunch and dinner and snacks are junk junk junk, candy,chocolate or even homemade recipes but not healthy also no sport. I need your advice to be back to eating clean and to start working out I have a treadmill at home but I'm so lazy WHAT CAN I DO TO STOP OVER EATING FAST FOOD AND CANDY ?? HOW TO ENJOY EATING CLEAN AS A LIFE STYLE ? HOW TO SUPPORT MY SELF TO WORKOUT AND NEVER EVER STOP HEALTHY LIFE ?   7. I know that it is not that original, but I just love seeing/reading what you are eating on an everyday basis. It always gives me ideas when I feel stuck in a rut. How do you keep eating clean on the weekends? That is the hard time for me--when I feel like I can splurge a little, but sometimes it can turn into a lot!
