Welcome to another Motivation Monday!
I don't have tons of progress to report here, but I'd love to share my husband's. I discussed changing our food choices last week for health reasons, but an added bonus has also come Ryan's way. He's lost nine pounds just this week! All we did was clean up his diet.

I can preach all day long about our food choices when it comes to losing weight. You don't have to throw hundreds of dollars into the latest prepackaged diet meals, diet pills, or drinks. You can eat real, nutritious foods, for a fraction of the price, and still lose weight.
Unprocessed, all natural foods are the key to losing weight and keeping it off.
