Two Ingredient Chicken Wings

I love hot wings just as much as anyone. Well, maybe except for my kid. I think he could eat his weight in chicken wings.... Normally chicken wings are fried and amazingly unhealthy so I don't eat them often.

My parents got me a pressure cooker for Christmas and I read that you can cook chicken wings in 10 minutes with it. I liked the idea because it's quick and there's no frying involved.
I simply dumped a bottle of hot sauce in the pressure cooker and added the wings. I stirred them to coat everything and set the pressure cooker for 10 minutes.

Once they finished cooking, they looked really awesome.

I like crispier wings so I placed them on a pan in a 400 degree oven for 10 more minutes. The meat literally fell off the bone!

I cooked four pounds of wings and it serves 8. For 504 calories, you get a half a pound of chicken wings without the guilt. Some fried hot wings can have up to 800 calories!

If you do not have a pressure cooker, you can cook these in the oven on 375 degrees for an hour, or until cooked through.
