I've been losing weight for over three years now. That's a crazy long time to work towards a goal. In all honesty, it never stops. The goals just adjust, change and get a little more ambitious. In the past several months I've lost steam. I'd lose some, then I'd gain some. Back and forth. Over and over.
The thing I've been lacking is motivation. Things are pretty awesome and there's not a burning desire to reach a certain goal right now. I think it's actually pretty normal. I'm content most days and it took me a long time to find that. I'm quite proud of it.
But.... I have found a renewed sense of motivation. This week I booked our family beach vacation. I'm sorry but my chubby booty is not prancing around in the sand. It's time to tighten things back up and feel fabulous in a swimsuit.

I will be continuing with Whole 30 because it totally works! I have dropped one of my Zumba® fitness classes I was teaching. My work schedule is way too crazy right now so I am only going to teach twice a week. Hopefully this will be a good balance between taking care of myself, spending time with my family and working through our home renovation.
I thought I would share my weekly dinner menu with you for the next several nights....
