Chocolate Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice

Football has started, fall is in the air, and colder weather is approaching. The beginning of September signals the beginning of pumpkin flavored everything. It's okay... I'm right there with you. Pumpkin spiced coffee, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie....sigh.....Fabulous!

But if you're like me, we need something sugar free and healthy. I experimented with a few things in the kitchen and created a whole lot of awesomeness.



Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Shake

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of MyProtein Stracciatella flavored Whey Protein (Low fat and low carb!!!!) Found {HERE}
2 tablespoons 100% pure (no sugar added) pumpkin
2 packets of Truvia/stevia
1 tablespoon baking cocoa (no sugar added)
Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice to taste


Literally dump it all in your blender and mix together. You can add ice if you prefer. Or you can warm it up in the microwave. It is soooo creamy and amazing!

This recipe contains 162 calories, 4 grams of fat, 14 grams of carbs, and 26 grams of protein. That equals a whole bunch of awesomeness. I drink it for breakfast on the go and it keeps me satisfied until my 10:30 am snack!
