Sugar Free, Gluten Free Chocolate Cake

Chocolate cake for breakfast??? Why not?? I mean, it's sugar free and gluten free. It has protein.... Yes, we can have cake for breakfast or as a snack without feeling guilty! Let me show you how....

  • 1 egg
  • 1 heaping Tb baking cocoa
  • 2 Tbs Oikos Triple Zero yogurt
  • 3 packets of Truvia
  • 1 tsp of almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla 
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Water, as needed for consistency
Throw all of the ingredients in a bowl, mix well (you're looking for brownie batter consistency), and pop in the microwave for three minutes. I topped mine with sugar free whipped cream and then proceeded to eat it for breakfast. Because I can.....
