Eat Clean

My idea of eating clean may be a little different from yours. My family and I aim for 80% clean eating. There are so many debatable issues with clean eating and so many people follow it different ways. I just want to share what works for me and how I eat. I've had so many people wanting to learn more about how I lost so much weight and what I eat. So this is simply me sharing what I'm doing. You may do it differently and that's just fine! Remember, I'm still new at this and I'm learning as we go too.

You can find the beginning of my Eat Clean Diet starting here:

  1. Hi, love your blog! Just a note...go to the library and get any books :The Zone, Mastering The Zone, ANY by Dr. Barry Sears. If you want to really eat well, NEVER eat an egg yolk! You'll learn a lot. You can find "The Zone" on line, but his books are REALLY the better way to understand how to eat well.

  4. I found you on Pinterest and your Clean Eating tips have been a lifesaver! Since I live in Beijing, it is impossible to find any of the convenience foods that wreck a clean eating lifestyle-- my boyfriend and I are forced to eat clean! Lucky us :) Your blog has given me so many amazing ideas on how to eat clean without eating boring old salad all the time. Thanks, and keep up the awesome work!
