Cheesy Chicken Bundles

I've got a new recipe to share with you guys. I took a few ideas floating around Pinterest and put my own little twist on things. I tried it out last night for dinner and it was completely devoured by my crew!

I cubed and boiled about a pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. While your chicken is drained and cooling, bring out the main stars of this recipes....

I lightly sprayed my glass baking dish with non-stick spray and rolled out the crescent rolls....

I put some cream cheese in the middle, along with a few pieces of my diced chicken....

Gather it into a bundle and flip it over, seams facing down, to make it look pretty!

I did it five more times....

I then covered each bundle with the condensed cheese soup...

And topped it with some shredded mozzarella (because you can clearly never have enough cheese).

I had some leftover chicken pieces so I added them to the dish as well and topped them too....

Bake it for twenty minutes and it comes out looking, smelling, and tasting unbelievably awesome! I promise!

This is really simple and kid friendly. I think our kids literally inhaled it last night!
