I'm all about sharing my weight loss journey with you! Looking back one of my biggest motivators has been the before, during and after pictures here. There's nothing that shows real progress like seeing side by side pictures.

Before: 232.5 pounds

After: 145.4 pounds

Before: Size 16/18
After: Size 6

Before: Chronic back problems, daily heartburn and acid reflux, swelling of feet and ankles, depression, gallbladder issues.

After: None!!!

  8. This is a diet my family and I can do. After my pregnancy I cant seem to shake off the bad eating habits. This food my family would love and so will I . You truly are inspiration !
